At Face the Day, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared to deliver the highest level of personalized care. In order to preserve this experience and ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies are strictly upheld: • Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 50% service fee • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a 100% service fee • Appointments may not be rescheduled until all outstanding fees have been paid in full • Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled time in order to maintain the integrity of the next client’s appointment.
